不粘锅被我给烧坏，扔了。这次决定要买Vita-Mix家的锅试试，选择他家的锅，是因为他家的搅拌器用着实在痛快舒坦，不知不觉就很信赖这牌子，然后看 到他家网站上说“No other brand of cookware can give you all that Vita-Mix Professional
Non-Stick Cookware does”，并且号称“Meet the last set of cookware you'll ever need”，“Non-Stick surface has a 25 year limited replacement guarantee”，好吧，那就买来用用，看看这次是不是我这辈子买的最后一套锅吧。做饭这几年，也不知道换了多少回不粘锅了，实在是烦死人了。

关于安全性，他家网站上说“Absolutely! We use a unique 3-ply coating process which means our cookware is perfectly safe for your everyday cooking. 需要网购，所以现在没不粘锅用了。早晨试着用不锈钢锅煎鲳鱼，粘得乱七八糟，心情哗啦一下沉到底，关了火，看着皮开肉绽的鱼，实在不想做下去了。

烦死我了，最烦粘锅，一看到粘锅，心里就觉得又麻又乱，没了做饭的热情，凑凑合合装了份儿便当―――猪啊，反正你也喜欢节食，就这么凑合吃点儿吧哈。
