　　一条印证朝鲜王国500年间发展历史的河流，一条因河床被污泥和垃圾所覆盖，沿着河边胡乱支起的肮脏的木棚以及所排放的污水严重污染了的河流，一条大量的污水流淌于市中心，发出的恶臭令周边居民痛苦不堪，城市的整体形象也受到了损害的河流，在被整体覆盖后建成柏油路，两侧商铺林立成为商业中心后消失的河流，在2003年又被从新开挖，历经数年整治，恢复了它原有的生命的河流，它就是韩国首尔的清溪川。
