American is a really developed country!

 

If you earn $, you will find everything here is cheap. In the SLC, one gallon of milk cost 2.3$ that can hold two weeks for a person. A dozen of eggs cost 0.6$. These are very cheapest food for me and have more value to my body. This is quite a good thing for me!

 

As a student here you can have a discount when you buy food, and it is free for you to take a bus, a trax except the taxi. In my university, it is free for student to swim! Well, I plan to swim.

 

If you like famous brand clothes, OK, you can buy any you like if you earn dollars. A pair of shoes of Addidas is about 29$-39$, and it is more expensive than the other brands. Jeans, such as Levi's which is expensive in China, sometimes only cost you 19$-29$. And you also can buy cheaper Jeans in other brands, about 8$.

 

Pizza, i have not eaten here. But a large size pizza sometimes is only 5.9$, Pizza Hot in China is Bi Sheng Ke is more expensive, a large one is 9.9$.

 

So you see, in American, the average level of salary of a person is about 3000$ a month, but you can buy many things and have money to spend in spare time.

 

Maybe it is the difference between developing country and developed country.
