晚上和朋友一席对话，非常真实的故事！让我身临其境般体会到美国次贷风波的严重性。

朋友在美国做教授，刚工作数年。当我问他，狗日的华尔街现在怎么了？对他有没有影响。朋友告诉我当然有！他的401K养老金账户13万美金里丢了5万美金，都是真金白银的丢了30%还是很显著的。在美国所有人对经济和前景，都很担忧。他刚买的房子，33万美金买的，不幸买在狗日的高位，现在也大约丢了5万美金。

当然，他不算惨的。房子也不卖，自己也很喜欢。自己还年轻，可以等待它涨回来。但是对很多50岁以上的人来说，希望用401K养老退休的人来说，那是非常真实的痛苦和愤怒。他有个同事，刚被迫从纽约搬到达拉斯。3年前花90万美金买了房子，现在痛苦中卖掉。一开始挂牌卖80万美金，无人问津，最终被迫挥泪58万卖掉了。最荒谬的是这位老兄为了卖掉房子，还被迫先花了6万美金去修缮屋子。

当然，我深刻的安慰了对岸的他。在中国很多股票丢掉70-90%，而不是区区30%，大家都是丢了不少钱，哈哈。他那400平米大片绿地的美丽的独栋，经过我看了照片后鉴定，在北京至少1百万美金才可以拿下。我们实在没个鸟事还是多看看儿子把，未来都是他们的。
