拉萨贡嘎机场位于西藏自治区山南地区贡嘎县甲竹林镇，坐落在壮丽的雅鲁藏布江南岸，海拔3600米，跑道长4000米，宽45米，机场等级4E，可供波音747、空中客车等大型飞机起降，是世界上海拔最高的民用机场之一。

    西藏最新建成的是阿里昆莎机场，2010年7月1日顺利实现首航，机场跑道长度为4500米，宽度为45米，两侧道肩各宽7.5米，总宽60米，是继拉萨贡嘎机场、昌都邦达机场、林芝米林机场后又一重要进出西藏空中通道。阿里机场位于海拔高度4274米的葛尔藏布河谷地带，仅次于海拔4334米的昌都邦达机场和海拔4280米的四川康定机场，属于高高原机场。
