2014年日内瓦表展（SIHH）有一部分展品信息已经释放出来。这几年，IWC每年主打一个主题，   ”飞行员”、”工程师”，今年主打的主题是潜水员手表。

2014年海洋时计系列将展现更多自制机芯以及获得专利的IWC表链快速更换系统全新亮相。带有大日期显示的万年历这项复杂功能首度出现在该家族中。青铜也首次作为表壳材质一展风采。IWC万国表还专门推出4款特别版腕表.

点评：主题鲜明，是IWC营销的一大特色。飞行员、工程师、潜水员，这一切都映衬着一个鲜明的主题，那就是，为男人而设。必须承认，海洋时计，是IWC比较稚嫩的系列，其造型尚未摆脱过于时尚（甚至有些时髦）的石英表时代的造型特征。今年的海洋时计，有俩亮点：一是全黑造型的“加拉帕戈斯群岛”特别版 (IW379502)，另外一个是青铜表壳的“达尔文探险之旅”特别版 (IW379503)。对你没看错，是青铜表壳。历峰集团的另外一个品牌的因为用了青铜，成为收藏家关注的焦点。

全黑的表款之所以还说得过去，是因为哑光黑色对表壳做了减法，把凌乱的表圈上的突起和表盘元素压制在黑色之下，减少了轻浮的玩具感。

SIHH2014 sees IWC’s new round of AQUATIMER as a campaign of its one- theme- per- year. The new family is added with many elements such as manufacture movement and patented quick detachable bracelet. What’s more, grand complications such as perpetual calendar with big date display is also added to some references. Bronze, for the first time is used onto IWC watch, this not-as-usual material was first used recently by another brand of Richemont group, which aroused great interest of collectioneurs.

Styling wise , only the all black version will gain enough points as the blackness reduces a toy like feel of this family. IWC claims in its recent campaigns “”designed for men””, yet AQUATIMER seemed to have too much “watering” comparing with other macho collections “Pilot,””Ingenieur”….Now, with the all black and bronze AQUATIMER,       IWC  can pick up some “macho-sphere” for men.
