Climate Change Reporting Course

This course, run by
experienced Reuters trainers, will help journalists improve their
technique in covering climate change, so that their stories are
informative, accurate and balanced. Participants will learn to
report on climate change in simple terms and explain its impact in
people's lives. The programme includes practical exercises,
stimulating debates and presentations from environmental experts
designed to develop participants' awareness of environmental
issues."
Reuters Foundation offers full
bursaries for journalists from the developing
world/countries in political transition working
for organisations with no resources for training.
Bursaries would include travel
expenses (economy class), accommodation and a modest living
allowance. This arrangement is subject to
variation.
