二、任职条件

1、钢琴专业教育背景: 钢琴专业本科学历及以上,或国家级舞蹈钢琴伴奏水平，以及相近专业同等资格水平。持舞蹈钢琴伴奏资格证书或学历证书者优先。

2、必要条件：

对舞蹈动作性质把握准确，懂舞蹈术语，具有在职业院团或专业机构为芭蕾课堂伴奏的经验。

熟悉了解芭蕾舞剧，能完整演奏多部古典舞剧（例：《天鹅湖》、《吉赛尔》、《堂吉诃德》等）。

拥有为芭蕾舞剧或排练伴奏的经验；3年以上经验者优先。

具备团结协作的能力，能积极回应各方反馈和意见。

3、出色的专业素质，能很好地理解音乐与舞蹈的关系，具备较高的视奏水平和即兴创作演奏水平。

4、热心并关注各领域舞蹈的发展，包括现代、爵士等多种风格。

5、为人正直、谦虚、诚恳。

6、语言水平：中国应聘者需具备基本的英语交流水平，外国应聘者需具备流利的英语水平，有中文基础者优先。

三、工作职责

1、负责日常芭蕾课、排练及演出伴奏。

2、与剧团的芭蕾大师、教员、客席教师和排练者配合，准备相关音乐素材，更好地拓展演员的音乐意识和能力。

3、参加钢琴方面的培训、教学和其他剧团要求的必要活动。

四、薪酬待遇

按中央芭蕾舞团钢琴伴奏岗位相应级别待遇执行。

National Ballet of China is looking for High-level ballet pianist!

Position: Pianist

Qualifications:

Professional piano education background: Bachelor degree in piano or above, state dance pianist certificate or equivalent qualification in an appropriate and relevant subject. A qualification in accompaniment for dance or a performance diploma is preferred.

Essential:

A good knowledge of dance movements and dance vocabulary; Experiences of accompanying ballet and dance classes at vocational or professional company level or higher;

A good knowledge of ballet repertoire, capable of some full length classic ballet accompany, such as Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Giselle, etc.;

Experience of accompanying ballet repertoire or rehearsals; more than 3 years’ experience is preferred;

An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to respond positively to feedback and direction.

A high level of pianism and musicianship,and an understanding of the relationship between music and dance; Proficient sight-reading skills, capable of performing without music script and improvising in different music styles.

Interest and knowledge of the wider dance music repertoire, including modern ballet, Jazz and contemporary compositions.

High level of personal integrity.

Language: Good English, basic Chinese preferred.

Job Description:

Accompany for daily ballet classes, rehearsals and performances.

Prepare music materials in collaboration with ballet masters, teachers, guests and repetitieurs; help to strengthen the dancer’s music senses and ability.

Participate in piano training, teaching andother necessary activities as the company requires.
