根据美国《财富》财志报道，Google（谷歌）今年再次当选“最佳雇主”第1名（Top 1 of 100 Best Companies to Work for 2008），它再次蝉联了这个称号。如图：

Google获得这个称号，我认为不仅仅是因为它可怕的股价和员工的收入分红，更多地可能是它给予员工创新成长的空间，以及它独特的企业文化。Google的工作方式，也许代表了最接近于IT人理想的那种方式。

应该讲，上榜的公司都是值得尊重的，排名仅代表了《财富》的观点。即使您不认同，也没关系，参考一下总没坏处的。

下面是美国100个最适合打工企业的排名表，Microsoft（微软）很不幸地排在86位。
