For the first time in the history, there are more billionaires in Asia than America. According to the Super-Rich List by UBS and PricewaterhouseCoopers, 637 in Asia and 563 in the U.S., and among the Asian memberships of the utter wealthy club, China's 318 billionaires are increasingly making their presence felt. But in what ways is this happening? Compared with billionaires in Europe and North America, what are the key characteristics of the new super-rich in Asia, especially in China? What influence will they exert on our society and values?
