尽管东拼西凑,借助摸版,第一篇文字算是出炉了。以此纪念。继续。。。hehe

Should the international leadership and worldwide cooperation be the most important factors in protecting the world's energy resources for future generations?

To some extent, I agree with the author's general assertion that internation leadership and worldwide cooperation are vital and useful in many global problems.

However, the author unnecessarily extends this broad assertion to an irreversible extreme while overlooks other compelling factors such as individual nations that may affect this issue.
On balance, my points of agreement and contention with the author involve the fundamental and deep analysis as following discussion.

On the one hand, I would like to admit that this statement, although suffers from some obvious drawbacks, still has some merits primarily in some special cases in which the implicit
rationale behind it accords with common sense and our experience in daily life.
Hence, it is partially indisputable.

After all, International leadership and worldwide cooperation play key roles in the protection of energy resources.

Let us take a look at OPEC, one of the best examples. OPEC, the organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, is the international organization of eleven developing countries that are heavily reliant on oil revenues as their main source of income. The organazion aims to bring stablity and harmony to the oil market by adjusting its oil output to ensure a balance between supply and demand. The combined efforts of these nations will reduce the over-refining and over-utilization of the limited and non-recycle oil resources.

Furthermore, other global problems such as climation and water, can't be resolved by an individual nation. The union effort across the world is vital.

All these evidence demonstrates beyond any doubt that the internatlional leadership and worldwide cooperation are important.

On the other hand, recongnizing that a more applicable choice must incorporate different aspects of the issue as sufficient as possible,I have to point out that the author overstaes the comparative significance of the international leadership and worldwide cooperation, and fails to take into account other essential factors.

Briefly, this assertion is problematic in two aspects.
The first argument-the one that I think the most compelling-is that the author overlooked the possibility that the individual nations make sacrifices to conserve energy, that is to say, most of the countries actually will try their best to protect the energy resources for their own development in the future.

The second argument-it might have been noticed by others-is that in some occasion, it is quite difficult to accomplish the worldwide great objective of protecting the energy resources without any sacrifices of the involved individual nations.

Accordingly, I tend to concede that when it comes to some certain circumstances it is partially appropriate.

In conclusion, issue of the importance of individual nations and the worldwide leadership about the energy resources is a complex one, requiring subjective judgment, consequently, there are no easy or certain answers. So different are the personal knowledge and understanding among people with diverse culture that thousand individuals might hold thousand opinions.

According to me, international leadership and individual nations all play important roles in protecting the energy resources for the next generations.
