近日我沉浸在悲痛之中， 盖保罗的去世对我来说是很大的打击。

仅仅63岁就离开了我们，
保罗走的太突然了。我不愿相信这是真的。

我没有想到他竟然走的这样匆忙，
当年是保罗成功促成了羽西化妆品与欧莱雅集团的收购计划。
当他有一天告诉我他将与一位非常美丽的中国姑娘结婚的时候，
我最后一次和保罗交谈是在两个月之前，当时他告诉我他非常高兴看到在过去的两年里羽西化妆品能在欧莱雅旗下成为发展最迅速的品牌，而且他特别满意任用了卫吉峰先生作为羽西化妆品的总经理。他会说：“你看？当年是保罗成功促成了羽西化妆品与欧莱雅集团的收购计划。
当他有一天告诉我他将与一位非常美丽的中国姑娘结婚的时候，

I was devastated by the saddest news of the passing of
Paul GASPARRINI. 63 years old only. So
young!
Linda his wife wrote me just a couple of hours before he died
that she wanted me to know the whole family was in italy and he was
gravely ill and wamted me to pray for him. I did
not know how seriously ill he was. I wrote her back asking her what
was wrong so I could email all my friends to pray
for him.
Little did I know he passed so quickly. I prayed but had no
time to ask anyone else to do so. I regret that a lot!
Paul was the one that helped to negotiate the sale of Yue Sai
Cosmetics to Loreal. Through the years he showed me nothing but a
most gentlemanly character n the most intelligent approach to
things. Whenever I had a problem i would asked
him n he would help to solve it. He was so good!
He worked so hard. Loreal today is where it is in
china largely due to his hard work. Imagine he
was the first to open china market in china with my other favorite
lady Lan Zhen Zhen. Always most difficult to be a pioneer! I had
the utmost respect for him. In Loreal he was nicknamed Marco
Polo!
One day he said to me that he was marrying a beautiful chinese
lady. Well it turns out to be the beautiful linda
who used to work for Yue Sai cosmetics. He used
to laughingly say that everything linda knew she
learned from me! And then his love for china extended to his
adopting a little chinese girl called Julia. Oh
how he loved her and was very proud of her!
Julia was the apple of his eyes! My last conversation with him was that he was thrilled that these last two years Yue Sai cosmetics was the fastest growing brand in the Loreal family! He was particularly pleased with the appointment of the GM of YueSai brand Stephane WILMET. He would say, you see? I told you, he was going to be good!!!
He went so fast. I'm sure it spared a lot of pain to him but I'm
also sure that it added a lot if pain to linda. My deep condolence
is extended to her. We pray that his soul rests well in heaven and
that linda and Julia was the apple of his eyes! My last conversation with him was that he was thrilled that these last two years Yue Sai cosmetics was the fastest growing brand in the Loreal family!
