It was Dior's 60th birthday and It was a bash! 

The fashion show of Galliano was huge, held at the Versailles.  You know the french have a special place in therir heart for the Versailles. It was such a stunning comples and they only used the side palace calle the L'orangerie.  Galliano showed a ery very extravagant collection(like usual) and each dress must have taken at least 50 hours to make.The theme was partially Spanish, so they had an impressive Gypsy Flamingo group from Spain performing before, during the fashion and even at the party afterward.  Some of the gowns had the high Spanish headdresses and Galliano himself came up in a Spanish bullfight outfit complete with hat  in light green and heavy sequence and pink tights!!! 

The guests were the who's who like Monica Belluci, and Chinese actress zhang jiyi. Of course all the Chinese press were invited, like Su Mong, the Harpers publisher, Elle magazine, Vogue,  Bao Yi Feng, Shawey.  All Dior people were there...Lucy, Patrick.
Then there was a party for 2000 afterwards.  When I left at midnight, many people were STILL coming in.  What an opulent party.
