现在的电信运营商纷纷忙于转型，那么转型用英语怎么说？

我觉得应该用transform，名词用transformation. For instance, more and more telecom operators are active to transform from telecom network providers to integrated service providers.

Every Chinese telecom operator has different slogan, for example,China Mobile is "mobile information expert", China Unicom is "mobile content provider".

而公司内部的重组可以用reconstruct, for instance, with the development of Fixed Mobile Convergence, some vendors began reconstruct their organization, that is to say, integrate fixed and mobile division into one division.

那么企业之间或者行业的重组可以用consolidate，比如美国运营商互相merger and acquisition ,是一个striking consolidation of telecom industry.

另外，说道企业战略的转移，我觉得应该用shift, for instance, Intel shift from selling chipsets to providing platforms.
