看伯顿同学的这个连MTV MOVIE AWARD都没得的片子（当然mtv的品味可以被无视）的原因非常浅薄--这是除了一部kurzfilm之外，唯一没看过的NataliePortman的片子，然后随手下了，然后随手看了，事先没查任何资料，于是看个火星飞碟转出来的cast名单就把我吓着了。

　　换句话说，就是两位老牌奥斯卡影帝率领的一帮至少艾美奖以上的男演员，加全部至少提名过金球奖的女演员，主题音乐是tom jones和就连一个不到1分钟的龙套都是在《sex and city》演stanford的熟脸Willie Garson……
　　
　　
　　
　　但是卡司之大，不在演员排场之大，而在角色和演员契合度之大，这集合了灾难，科幻，战争，政治，肥皂剧，青少年抑郁，家庭伦理，亲情，公路，美国梦想，人与自然，种族问题，充满了反讽，暗语和对经典战争片，喜剧片，卡通片致敬的电影里，每个演员，无论戏分多少都和角色非常非常的贴，流畅和目不暇给的拼贴交错式的表演使整部片子呈现出混合着神经兮兮，夸张做作，洒狗血，夸夸其谈，纯真矫情的特殊风格。

　　所以，casting director其实是产业里一项重要的角色，mars的选角导演就有三位，所以难怪集合了这么强大的阵容。想起可怕的Love In The Time of Cholera，再想到Hilary Swank和Clint Eastwood在77th Oscar上都纷纷特别对选角导演感谢和赞美，真是不枉费一番情深意切啊！
　　
　　
　　
　　
　　附送一个食谱，就是火星人的绿色脑浆
　　这个就是很常见的一种甜点，green jello
　　
　　JELLO GELATIN JIGGLERS (FAMILY SIZE RECIPE)
　　
　　Large batch (makes about 24 pieces, serves 4 to 6)
　　4 sm. pkgs. or 2 lg. packages Jello any flavor
　　2 1/2 c. boiling water or apple juice
　　
　　Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water or juice. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until firm, or about 3 hours. To remove, dip pan in warm water about 15 seconds. Cut into decorative shapes with cookie cutters, or cut into 1 inch squares. Lift from pan.
　　NOTE: To use jigglers molds, pour half the mixture into molds. Pour remaining mixture into 8 or 9 inch pan; use cookie cutters or cut into 1 inch squares.
　　
　　不过这个方子做出来的果冻是比较硬挺的，没有电影中的脑浆的那种流动性，想要脑浆的质感需要再多加15-20%(具体的量要视你使用的jello粉的胶冻强度)，然后不要冷藏，就在室温冷却，冷却过程中要每隔一会就搅动一下~~
