花飞莫遣随流水，桃红又见一年春。日子过得真快，又到一年春分时。春分，是春季过半的意思，到了春分，雷鸣电闪，细雨润物，南燕北飞，桃红李白，雨霁风光，又是一场锦盛花事。

春分有三候：“春分之日玄鸟至，又五日雷乃发声，再五日始电。”一候：元鸟至。元鸟，即燕子。燕子是春分来，秋分归的候鸟；二候，雷乃发声。春雨将至，春雷便奋力冲破层层阻扰，隆隆作响；三候，始电。雷雨天开始能看到闪电。

细雨潜催下，回首渡头柳岸，又见渺渺春山。

颐和园的春天，起于宿雨初歇，隐于青山黛眉，而最让世人道不尽的，还是西堤的山桃，每年春分，一簇簇山桃花缱绻于枝头，开成一片片绯红的烟云。

春分后十日，桃花开尽，晚风几许。

这一季繁花，耗尽所有暮光，落地成霜。浅浅岁月，片片菲芳，化作春泥不思量。

惊蛰日，细雨霏霏，雷声隆隆。

十五日后，春分，昼夜相均，繁花冶艳。

再十五日，清明，东风过处，袅袅垂柳风，点点回塘雨，人们外出踏青，日暮笙歌，一派气清景明。

关于《颐和风候》

       见微知著，观候知节，是先人安身立命、处世生活的参照，也是他们千百年生活实践中对时光的精雕细琢。《颐和风候》正是以中国的二十四节气为纲，以影像白描的笔法，串联起了颐和园在岁时节序中的光阴之美、幽趣之美、人文之美。
