北京师范大学2006届“人力资源管理”专业本科毕业生
就业分布与薪酬取向调查研究

[摘要]针对2006届北京师范大学“人力资源管理”专业本科毕业生就业情况的综合调查,通过对其中27名最终纯粹就业同学的实际情况摸底,在进行多方面、多维度调查研究的基础上,统计分析出他们就业分布与薪酬取向的现状、分层解析出这些现状背后的本质所在。“小角度、深挖掘、细分析”,借助调查的第一手资料,结合其它学术研究机构以及著名大学校友会的类似调研形式和相关研究方法,从实际需要出发,加入幸福(快乐)经济学受研究客体主观感受评价因子指标,打破思维禁锢和“无声反馈,反映2006届北师大管理学院人力资源管理专业本科毕业生的最真实就业情况,呈现出这一情况背后的真实动因,以求为改善学校、学院今后的教学工作提供参考依据,为我校学生的成功就业选择提供有效借鉴。

Research on Employment and Compensation of Human Resources Management Graduates of Beijing Normal University in 2006

Abstract: In order to share the result of the School of Management graduate students’ employment and their compensation, major on the human resources management of Beijing Normal University in 2006. This was base on the researching of the School of Management graduates’ employment and their compensation. The purpose of this researching is to provide students with exposure to public job-getting. Enhance universities and colleges educational support to encourage their educational goals, so that, can give their production, their graduates more opportunity and help the following students to have a smart choice in job hunting and working place finding. As the research on the employment market investigation, adding the social needing and the economics of happiness examinant factors, the studying result will express the truth condition. Base on the local survey of higher education graduates, this paper analyzes the impact of family background, class education, in school practice and others important character. From this paper, you also can find the answer of what is the most important things to make a correct choice as the graduate student face the first job-chance. And you can know the how about the students, who have worked almost one year ago be satisfied with their working or total rewards whether or not.
