何为ORS奖学金？ORS是一种由英国政府提供的奖学金，其金额为国际学生与欧洲学生的学费差额。ORS一般对全日制研究生(full-time postgraduate research study)开放申请，undergraduate or taught postgraduate course 不能申请。申请ORS的条件包括以下几点：

a)　you must be liable for the overseas fee　(you will need to check this with your institution)　

b)　you must be of outstanding merit and research potential　

c)　you must not have previously completed at PhD or equivalent level　

d)　you must not have held an ORS award before　

e)　the Department or School in which you wish to study must support your application。
