We would like to thank you for your contribution to the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award and your interest in the St. Gallen Symposium. It was an extremely rewarding process for the entire 36. ISC-Team to get in contact with the ideas and visions of students from all over the world and we are very thankful that you so openly shared your thoughts on the topic “Inspiring Europe” with us. For the past few weeks, the Jury has evaluated approximately a thousand essays, presentations and videos reaching us from more than 50 countries, including your contribution. Finally, it has decided on the best 200 entries whose authors will be invited to take part in the 36th St. Gallen Symposium. We feel deeply sorry to tell you that you are not one of these students.

Still we hope that you benefited from dealing with a complex topic such as “Inspiring Europe” and we would like to encourage you to participate in competitions like the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award. To concern yourself with important questions of our time will have positive impact on you and your environment and the ideas of you and your generation will, without doubt, shape our world in the future. We would be delighted if you joined the competition for the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award again in 2007.  

Again, we feel sorry for disappointing you today. Please note that no further correspondence concerning the results of the competition and the judgement process will be disclosed.
