Through the optical arrangement, the image acquisition and quality inspection of the synchronizer products are realized. When filming different faces in different positions, the solution gathers the advantages of various types of industrial light source, lighting from different angels to the synchronizer tooth cover to make sure the defects, like bump, lack of material, scratch can be exposed clearly. The images are quarried with CCD camera, and transferred and saved on the professional Industrial computer. According to the information of the synchronizer gear sleeve captured by different detection stations, the surface of the synchronizer gear sleeve was divided into different areas. In different areas, the corresponding algorithm is used to judge the defects in the detection area, and the detection of the synchronizer gear sleeve gauge is also realized.
