To laugh often and love much;

如果你笑口常开充满爱心

无论是养育一个健康的孩子

还是栽种一小块园地

或是改善了某种社会状况

To have played and laughed with enthusiasm

如果你能纵情的玩乐与欢笑

And sung with exultation;

放生歌唱

To know even one life has breathed easier

如果你知道有一个生命哪怕只是呼吸变得更轻松了

Because you have lived...

是因为你的存在

This is to have succeeded.

这就是成功。

  这样的一个人真的让人觉得很可爱呢，如果我能做到这些，我想我真的会觉得很快乐~~~自己翻译了一下，练练手。

  作者并没有说要做一件多么惊天动地的事才算成功，相反这些好像都只是微不足道的小事，但是再想想要做到其实也不是很容易的。我想作者是认为快乐才是最重要的吧。如果我们能够懂得从微小的事情做起，并从中获得快乐，那就是成功的感觉。还有就是要活出真我，充满感情~~
