What first gave birth to humans was Heaven, and humans had nothing to do. Heaven made humans greedy; how could they not seek interest? Heaven made humans evil; how could they not evade troubles? Greed and evil are inherited from Heaven, which humans cannot dispose -- they cannot change or alter anything.
