如果系统数据是R11的时候就已经存在的在表中的apps.gl_code_combinations gcc 栏位
jgzz_recon_flag 是空。
升级后录入的数据，表中的栏位 jgzz_recon_flag 是N
根据目前对文档Journal Line Reconciliation in R12: A Whitepaper (Doc
ID 1673357.1) 的理解，
reconcile 主要是针对余额为0 的处理，例如AP accrual
Legal entity设置的时候首先要启用enable reconcile
然后设置account，account combination的时候要勾选reconcile
期末如果对余额在总账中调节的时候可以填上reconciliation reference
2. period average rate, period end rate
R12中已经取消。详细解释参考上一篇文章
3. inv 的organization参数中的设置多了一个必须设置的deferred COGS account
以及 transfer to GL (11i: summary, detail, none. R12:
yes/No)
4. inventory transaction中新增加了两种transaction type：
Miscellaneous Issue (RG Update) and Miscellaneous Receipt (RG
Update)

以前，听别人介绍以为SLA针对同一条记录根据不同的业务需要产生不同的会计记录。
根据自己查看相关文档，以及测试
针对存货模块，事务处理后，系统会自动产生会计分录。如果设置了user type的accounting
method，在成本模块抛总账的时候，可以根据特殊的业务需要产生会计分录在总账。
但是总账与子模块如何对账？
另外一笔业务只能抛一个legal entity
---------------------R12 新legal entity 的设置
1. Accounting setup Manager
create legal entity (WTEST_LE)
then the system will automatically create establishment as WTEST LE
according to the business name rule update the establishment
name
2. create account setup
add legal entity --define primry legal （WTEST_PLE）
finish the set up step by step.
3.create new responsiblity and assign profile
