有些鸟儿天生不该关在笼子里
因为他们的羽毛太过美丽丰盈
安迪就这样神奇地离开了肖申克
心有多大，世界就有多大
此刻，耳机里正放着麦田守望者的《在路上》
仿佛又见瑞德坐着小汽车，穿过大片的农场、麦田……
在巴克斯顿有一处农场与众不同
它有长石墙，北端有棵大榕树，美得像福斯特的诗
安迪曾在树下向他的妻子求婚，他们在那里野餐，在树下做爱
1949年初夏
这些狱外公差的重犯能聚坐在屋顶上
喝着冰凉的啤酒
阳光洒在肩上，仿佛一个寻常人，修缮了自家的屋顶
Sometimes it makes me
sad, though...
Andy being
gone
I have to remind myself
that some birds aren't meant to be
caged.
Their feathers are just
too bright.
And when they fly
away...
the part of you that
knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice.
But
still...
the place you live in is
that much more drab and empty that they're gone.
I guess I just miss my
friend.
