为了更加精准地备考，找到提高语法填空正确率的突破口，本人对近五年高考试题中无提示词类的考题做了整理，发现对in的直接或间接考查次数高达11次！以下是本人对介词in的整理与分析。

一、近五年高考真题in的回顾

1. (2018江苏·33) China’s soft power grows in line with the increasing appreciation and understanding of China globally. 中国软实力的增长是与全球对中国不断增长的欣赏和了解紧密相连的。

2. (2017北京·35) Many people who live along the coast make a livingin   fishing industry. 很多居住在沿海的人都从事捕鱼业来谋生。

3. (2017天津·13) We offer an excellent education to our students. In return, we expect students to work hard. 我们向我们的学生提供优质的教育，作为回报，我们希望学生能够努力学习。

4. (2017江苏·32) Determining where we are in relation to our surroundings remains an essential skill for our survival. 通过对我们周围的环境来确定我们的位置仍然是我们生存的重要技能。

5.(2016浙江·6) That young man is honest, cooperative, always there when you need his help. In short, he’s reliable. 那个年轻人诚实且有合作精神，当你需要他帮忙的时候，他总是随叫随到。简言之，他是一个可靠的人。

6. (2016浙江·7) The study suggests that the cultures we grow up in influence the basic processes by which we see the world around us. 这项研究表明我们成长在其中的文化影响我们看待周围世界的基本方法。

7. (2015福建·32) Human life is regarded as part of nature and, as such, the only way for us to survive is to live in harmony with nature. 人类生活被认为是大自然的一部分，严格说来， 我们生存的唯一方式是与大自然和谐相处。

8. (2015湖北·30)This meeting room is a non-smoking area. I would like to warn you in advance that if you smoked here you would be fined. 这间会议室是无烟区。我想事先提醒你，如果在这里吸烟的话你将会被罚款。

9. (2015浙江·17) These comments came in response to specific questions often asked by local newsmen. 对当地新闻记者常常问起的特定问题，这些评论刚好做出了回应。

10. (2014北京·23) Jane is in a hurry because the train to the airport leaves inhalf an hour. 简很着急，因为火车半个小时后就要离开了。 

11. (2014浙江·10) While staying in the village, James unselfishly shared whatever he had with the villagers without asking for anything in return. 在村庄停留期间，詹姆斯无私地和村民们分享他所拥有的一切，不求任何回报。

二、对11次in的考查整理

1. in line with 与……紧密相连，与……一致

2. make a living in... 从事……来谋生，此处in表示“从事或影响某种工作”，如：He’s in computers. 他从事计算机行业。

3. in return 作为回报(考查两次)

4. in relation to 关于，相对某事物而言

5. in short 总之，简言之

6. grow up in someplace 在某地长大

7. live in harmony with nature 与大自然和谐相处

8. in advance 预先，事先

9. in response to... 作为对……的回复；作为对……的回应

10. leave in half an hour 在半个小时内出发

       综合以上整理，本人发现对这11次in的考查，有8次是考查介词in的固定搭配，其余的是对该词的零碎知识的考查。由此可见，在出题专家们没有碰头和任何交流的情况下，不约而同地选了in的考查，并多数是考查其固定搭配。所以，我们在对介词这一小语法知识点复习的时候，是否需要要求学生们着重掌握in这一个词的所有相关用法呢？

三、对in的其他用法的考查探究

1. 其实，对in表示“用”的意思的考查也比较热门。如：

用这种方法 in this way/manner；

用英语说 Say it in English. 

用现金支付 pay in cash；

大声说话 speak in a loud voice

用幽默的语调 in a humorous tone

用墨水写 write in ink
