  【富乐山风景区】位于四川省绵阳市城区东郊2公里处，地处古“剑门蜀道”南段，原名“东山”，又称“旗山”。
    据《方舆胜览》记载：“汉建按十六年（公元212年）冬，昭烈入蜀，益州牧刘璋延至此山，欢宴百日，望蜀之全盛，饮酒乐甚，刘备叹曰：‘富哉，今日之乐乎’!”此山之得名。

    富乐山以其秀、雅、幽被誉为“绵州第一山”。山中松柏茂密，溪涧潺潺，芙蓉溪环绕其间，自唐、宋以来即成为著名的游览胜地。
    历代文魁名士如杜甫、蒋曜、陆游、唐庚、高弟、李调元、孙桐生、黄炎培等在这里留下了众多诗词妙句。
    富乐山风景区包括汉皇园、益州园、绵州碑林、富乐阁、富乐园、涪城会、玄德湖、桃源洞、冷源洞、唐宋佛教摩崖浮雕造像古遗址等10处大景观和近百处景点组成。园中有园，步移景异，既具皇家园林的豪华气派，又有自然山水返朴归真之意趣。
