    十方院又称金阙宫，位于石家庄市鹿泉城西门外太平河南岸。宫院座南面北，整座建筑南北长135米，东西宽32米。为始建于清康熙七年（1668年）的一座四进院古建筑群体。建筑形制严谨，规模宏大，高低错落有致。

   该院的院门为黄琉璃瓦顶牌坊式的三券门，是典型的道教宫观建筑风格。道教宫观多建于山中，故其大站称为“山门”。山门多为三个门洞，这样既符合对称的格局，又寓示进山门，过了三界（无极界、太极界、现世界），才称得为真正出家道士。整个宫观建筑在布局上采用中国传统的中轴对称、纵深多进的院落形式，营造出一种庄严、神妙、幽远的礼堂效应，同时也体现了我国道家文化严肃而井井有条的传统理性精神和道教徒追求平稳、自持、安静的审美心理。进院门后，迎面是灵宫殿，往里是五脊歇山顶、四周回廊式的玉皇殿。玉皇殿后是拱桥顶式的三祖殿.从三祖殿两旁甬道穿过，就到了最里面的三清殿。这些主要建筑均分布于中轴线上。东路建有药王殿、慈航殿，西路有财神殿、元辰殿。整座院落形制严谨，高低错落低错落有致，规模宏阔。
