摘要：湖南的饮食文化与湖南文化有很大的关系，湖南人在长期的生活中形成了有自己特色的饮食文化，并且在全国很有名字。本文对湖南饮食文化与湖南文化之间的关系进行了分析，以及湘菜的品牌、产业化进行了分析。

 Abstract  The culture of Hunan dishes have great relations with the culture of Hunan, The especial culture of Hunan dishes have formed in a long life ,and it is very famous in our country.

The text analyses the relationship of the culture of Hunan dishes and the culture of Hunan,and also

analyses the brand of Hunan dishes and the industry of Hunan dishes.

0 前言 继中华传统餐饮老字号“全聚德”、“东来顺”、“狗不理”之后，中国又一传统老字号品牌———“火宫殿”，近日被国家工商总局认定为“中国驰名商标”。这是湘菜品牌的骄傲，也是长沙的骄傲和湖南人的骄傲。这表明，湖湘文化孕育的湘菜品牌，正显示出旺盛的生命力。
