从厦门出发，坐动车三个半小时，来到海滨城市温岭。

12月5日周日在温岭呆了一天。

这是一个开了三十多年的老店，有着优秀的管理和医疗团队，积累了大量的患者群，有着良好的口碑。

在温岭地区有四家店。

 

这一天是周日，雷人的是，仅仅这一天，门诊就约了正畸初诊复诊近60人！

可见门诊的积淀有多深！

这是他们的一个新店，开业不久，显得干净整洁。

老店怎么宣传，怎么管理？

新店怎么宣传，怎么管理？

即使是同一个地区，同一家店，因为有新店老店之分，管理和宣传的方法也是有区分的。

 

经常有年轻同行问我这个要怎么办？那个要怎么办？

我说，如果你不学会思考的话，你的怎么办是永远永远也学不完的。

而且，如果你只知道学，不知道开拓，那人类还能进步吗？

 

最后的那个车是黄老板的车，如果你不知道努力和思考，你什么时候开业买这样的车？

这是温岭的阳光圣地，是经过气象学专家测定的，中国大陆第一个接受阳光照射的地方。

据黄老板介绍，2000年元旦的时候，整个温岭石塘人都满了，车都进不来。

都是来接受新千年的第一缕阳光的。

 

其实想想，你早几分钟照到阳光又能怎么样？

难道能多活两年？

 

事实上，因为当天赶到这里，因为接受到新千年的第一缕阳光，人会变得兴奋，有成就感，见谁和谁讲。。。

他真的可能多活两年。

多活两年的原因是他的幸福感，而不是因为他早几分钟见到太阳。。。

所以人是需要精神世界的。

所以一个优秀的医生不但要治疗患者的疾病，更要治疗患者的心理。。。

长屿洞天，没想到温岭居然有这么美的地方，这么壮观。

 这些都是采石留下的，电视剧神雕侠侣也是在这里拍摄的。

 很奇怪为什么这么漂亮的地方没有那么大的名气。

 我们总结的结果是这个地方比较陡，危险性比较大，所以虽然漂亮，旅行社为了安全起见，可能还是不愿意做这样的团。

 这样的地方比较适合自助游。

最后说一个我们晚上吃饭的时候的细节，也挺有意思的。

中间的那个大鸟好像是南瓜做的，看上去很漂亮。

黄老板的孩子就拿过去玩。

服务生就提示说，这个东西是不能拿走的。

这个时候黄老板就说了一句话，他说这主要是为了防止外面的人模仿。

因为这个雕刻看上去很新鲜，是没办法保留到下一桌再使用的。

 

请注意，第一，黄老板很注意细节，服务生不让客人拿走这个雕刻，很多人心里的第一想法是不是你要拿走重复使用？所以黄老板就在这很自然的解释了一下，因为饭店是他找的，他找的饭店重复使用这个东西显然会让他没面子，所以他想到了这一点。并及时的解释了一下。

第二，黄老板解释的很到位，如果他说，这种档次的酒店是不会重复使用这个雕刻的。这个说法显然不能让所有人心里同意，即使是嘴上赞成。他说的是，这个东西那么新鲜，重复使用会看上去很难看，这个理由显然是大家看一眼就会同意的，那么为什么不让拿走呢？是因为知识产权保护的需要。

所以一个好的沟通，需要你细心，需要你专业，需要你敏锐。。。

为什么人家可以开X5？

 

还有一个人是我不得不提的，就是温州牙医谭光轩（谭光轩博客http://blog.kq88.com/u/16734/）。

和谭医生见了几次面，吃了几次饭，聊天让我佩服的五体投地。谭医生对于宣传，对于管理，对于做人均有独到的见解。

谭医生也在做沟通和管理的培训，想学习的可以听听。

 

整个的温岭之行结束了，给我的感触颇深，虽然城市不大，但是人家做的确实是方方面面都很到位。

有时候我想，我真的是借了网络的光，因为我上网早，因为有人看我的博客，所以显得我很牛，很大师，其实完全不然。

和黄老板，谭大夫相比，我就是那个纸上谈兵的赵括。。。

别人可以不知道，自己不能不知道自己。

当所有人都拿自己当个人物的时候，自己千万别拿自己当人物。

当所有人都不拿自己当人物的时候，自己一定要拿自己当个人物。
