奇麟笔动画导演工作室简介
工作室主营业务项目有：各类影视动画片前期专业策划、动画片场景和角色的专业设计、动画画面分镜头脚本的设计创作、动画导演工作。目前开展的其它动漫业务项目有：动画广告、节目片头的创意、制作；影视动画咨询、教学；卡通形象设计；动漫图书创作；漫画及卡通图片的创作、绘制；动画相关副产品创意、设计、开发。

多年的专业从业资格，丰厚的动画片创作经验，严谨认真的职业态度，受到中央电视台、上海美术电影制片厂等动画制作单位和合作者的好评，得到国内动画界前辈权威专家的肯定。
多年来参加完成了大量的国外动画片（美、日、法、德、意、西班牙等）和国内动画片的加工生产创作工作，个人工作量达几百部集，数千分钟，主要有：

Qilinbi Studio of Cartoon Films and Videos is a skilled and creative team focused on independent making and commission in Shandong capital city Jinan.
The main business includes: professional prophase planning of cartoon films and videos of different kinds; the professional design of cartoon scene and roles; the design of shoot scenario; cartoon direct work. Other business related to cartoon includes: cartoon advertisement; creativity and making of program title; consulting and teaching of cartoon; design of cartoon images; the producing of cartoon books; the producing and drawing of animation and cartoon pictures; the creativity, design and development f other cartoon byproducts.
The introduction to the head of the studio
Qing Su, Qilinbi(pen name), cartoon film director, member of China Animation Association（ASIFA—CHINA）, member of Shandong animators society, graduated from department of drama, Shandong Art College in 1990, majored in cartoon making. He has been engaging in the cartoon creativity and making for many years, has rich experiences of domestic and international cooperation in this area. Now, he is a senior professional in Shandong province good at cartoon direct and two-dimension animation drawing and making.
As the drawer, designer and director, he participated in making of the first animation short film in Shandong province: Glede captured the biddy; the first animation telefilm in Shandong province: Kitten followed a teacher; the first animation series in Shandong province: Piggy humed.
In these years, he participated in making a lot of domestic and foreign cartoons (including American, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Spanish). His own workload reaches to hundred volumes, almost thousand minutes. His main works includes:

中国动画学会（China Animation
Association）成立于1985年，中国动画学会是全国动画业界的代表机构。总部设在上海，是全国性的社会团体，经民政部注册登记，主管部门是国家广播电影电视总局。它的宗旨是∶团结全国影视动画机构以及所有动画专业工作者，开展业务协调、中外交流、学术研究、教学培训、信息传播、咨询服务等，以繁荣发展中国动画业为最终目的。
中国动画学会已有团体会员140余个，个人会员800多人，是目前唯一全国性的动画法人社团组织。中国动画学会已加盟国际动画协会，成为该组织的中国机构，称为“ASIFA—CHINA”。
