①funny

"adj. Someone or something that is funny is amusing and likely to make you smile or laugh."

It's funny how I never seem to get a thing done on my day off.

②joke

If you say that something or someone is a joke, you think they are ridiculous and do not deserve respect."

They don't take us seriously. we're a joke.

③absurd

"adj. If you say that something is absurd, you are criticizing it because you think that it is ridiculous or that it does not make sense."

ridiculous常带有“鄙视”之意;

His belief that he was too clever to be caught in his wrongdoing was absurd.

④ludicrous

"adj. If you describe something as ludicrous, you are emphasizing that you think it is foolish, unreasonable, or unsuitable."

It's a completely ludicrous idea.

⑤preposterous

"adj. If you describe something as preposterous, you mean that it is extremely unreasonable and foolish."

The whole idea was preposterous.

⑥baloney

If you say that an idea or statement is baloney, you disapprove of it and think it is foolish or wrong.

That's baloney. I saw you take the money with my own eyes.

⑦laughable

"adj. If you say that something such as an idea or suggestion is laughable, you mean that it is so stupid as to be funny and not worth serious consideration."

Though I find these fallacies to be laughable, I also find them rather frightening.

⑧facetious

"adj. If you say that someone is being facetious, you are criticizing them because they are making humorous remarks or saying things that they do not mean in a situation where they ought to be serious."

I became angry with the little boy at his facetious remarks.
