1. All ODA should be abolished

On the way to the Little India, I asked Pat what's her opinion about Official Development Aids (ODA). She answered me quickly:" All ODA should be abolished. ODA should not exist."

"Why? Are you so sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure. Because all ODA will be unefficient, and there always are corruption in ODA. in ODA, money is used for political reasons, not for economic reason. We should have better way to use these money."

"Can't we push/force the government to use ODA more efficiently? Will the ODA cause corruption certainly/definitely?"

"That's just what we Probe International  has done for many years. We tried to watch and push government to use ODA more efficiently,we tried to prevent and expose the corruptions. but we failed."

2.public houses

We passed by a zone of public houses on the way, and discussed  the issue: Why did the public house plan fail in Toronto? How should the government help the poverty/poor people to get their residencies?
