Catching a Robber

Today is Sunday, I went to Zhong Shan park in the morning. There was a little stand which sold ice cream. Suddenly, a man appeared next to a woman, and quickly snatched the woman’s bag away. That woman began to shout and tell others to help her catch the robber. Then she called the policeman. Some people began to chase after the robber. But the robber ran so fast, so they couldn’t catch him. There was an old man sitting on a bench, he saw lots of people was running after a man, then he knew the man was a robber. So, when the robber passed him, he used the umbrella to stuck the robber. He did it, so the robber tripped over and sprained his ankle. The bag fell off his hand. So, people ran to him and caught him. Shortly afterwards, the policeman arrived and put robber under arrest. They all breathed a sigh of relief, the woman got her bag and showed her gratitude to the people who help her. Two children clapped for them.
