服务简介：
针对目标区域设计特异性DNA探针并经过脱硫生物素标记，脱硫生物素探针可以和偶联在磁珠上的链霉亲和素亲和结合。然后，细胞核提取物与磁珠-DNA探针孵育，作用蛋白质分子可以和DNA探针特异性结合；经过洗涤可以将非特异性结合蛋白质去除；最后，经洗脱液洗脱，得到目的DNA探针-蛋白质复合物，再经过Western Blot或质谱（MS）鉴定蛋白质类型。

Biotin-14-CTP is a CTP analog with biotin attached at the N 4 -position of the pyrimidine base by a 14-atom linker. Biotin-14-CTP can be efficiently incorporated into RNA transcripts using T7, SP6, or T3 RNA polymerase and the appropriate template in the presence of ATP, GTP, UTP, and Biotin-14-CTP (1). The biotinylated RNA can be used as a probe in membrane-based or in situ hybridizations (2). The amount of material provided is sufficient for up to 20 transcription reactions (1 µg template).；
