1.优点

• 集装箱本身拥有很高的强度，承受荷载的能力甚至超过一般普通建筑物，并且还具有防腐蚀和一定的防火能力，是您居家旅行必备良品。

• 造价比传统建筑更为便宜，且可二次利用，不会产生过多的建筑垃圾。

• 由于集装箱本身的尺寸是固定的，所以每一个集装箱既可以作为单独的一栋建筑，也可以是组成某一建筑的一个单元模块，简化了施工工序，易组装易拆卸。

2.缺点

• 由于集装箱的组成材料多为钢材，所以很容易产生锈蚀等情况，并且保温隔热性能不佳，需要采取增加保温棉、岩棉板、硅酸盐板等保温措施，并且须涂刷防锈漆防止箱体腐蚀。
