Washing hands is the one of everyday activities, is common and more-seeing. It is happened more before eating and after shitting. Before sleeping and after waking. After washing hands is healthy and of sanitation.

During the pandemic, we have seven-step hand-washing way; and wash with flowing water. The former is complex and later is better.

I want to say if you do washing beyond the limit. Wash away something in the skin and fine hair on the human body, that is used to prevent us from damage. Such as a certain antibody is washed away, then, we’d better not over-wash our hands.

So next time, if you washing you hand, do not use more water and liquids, if so we save the water source and avoid washing away the healthy antibody in our skin of hands.
