While watching TV, I usually translate the subtitles from Chinese to English, not standard but colloquial even Chinglish.

Today I found I have many words I can not express to use perfect English. Now I write them down with their sentences with their standard way in order to review some day:

1. Self-control is essential to happiness and usefulness, it is the master of all virtues and has its root in self-respect.

2.Let a man yield to his impulse and passions, and from that moment he gives up his moral freedom.

3.It is the self-discipline of a man that enable him to pursue success with superior diligence and sobriety. Many of the great characters in history illustrate this trait.

The above notes are a TV show on the virus at present, in the program, the host told us how we should become a person who has self-control, self-inspection, self-conduct and many many selves-actions. To obey the rulers and regulations of authorities is what we should do. So that can overcome the epidemic in no time.
