 The middle of Spring

Green and yellow vegetables and fruits are not born in the middle of spring in the northern hemisphere. But we have stored vegetables away for winter and left until the new spring. As usual last autumn I shined many eggplants to prepare for nowadays.

Unexpectedly we met the Covid restriction in our district, luckily our residential area have no case. While this environment makes me eat the dry vegetables for few days at present. It reminds me of bygones  

At first when we heard the virus in 2019, I went shopping to buy yeast for dough after the spring festival. The shopper assistant told me it was made in the Wuhan. Without any hesitation I bought two bags. After a few days, Wuhan lifted the lockdown, afterwards we did not act as a volunteer during the last ten-day of March.

It happens that there is a similar case, now I much like to eat soy bean sauce. Just its brand is popular in our hometown while its firm site had few virus cases. I have eaten this sauce now and then.

I think the yeast is ok as well as the big sauce. Do you think so? We have a trustworthy and reliable hygiene and disease control system.

There is good news, the authorities are busing with fresh vegetables and fruits to allot on line now. I’ll be having green vegetables dipping into sauce in a splitting second.

 Cold current passes by in no time, Mildness’ arrive at once. Look, icy and snowy land is melting with time.
