2022 年 3 月 10 日，BC省移民局宣布，对 BC 省提名计划 (PNP) 进行修改，优先考虑医护、幼儿教育等BC省急需人才的申请， increases support for the care economy。

主要变化包括：

• 定向邀请：为满足BC省建设强大的”care economy"对人才方面的需求, 将优先权将给予在“care economy"领域的工作者以及幼教.
• 医疗助理和牙科助理作为2个新职业添加到入门级和半技术类别中。
• 定向邀请取代了“labor market outlook"中的高需要职业列表，不再有那个100个紧缺职业的10分加分。
• 不属于“care economy”的其它职业，会被定期抽取
• BC科技移民项目，继续原来的政策，没有变化。
• NOC 0类的管理岗位，不再适用于国际毕业生。
• 技术工人类别下的两年直接相关经验的要求被两年技术经验取代，“相关”两字被取消。
