其实是流鼻涕的意思啦！
一般感冒的情况下会流鼻涕
所以My nose is running也可以理解为感冒
举个例子
I need a tissue, my nose is running.
我需要一张纸巾，我一个劲的流鼻涕。

cold有寒冷的意思
举个例子
I got a cold and lost my voice.
我感冒了，声音变哑了。

sore有因发炎引起的疼痛的含义
throat是咽喉部的意思
所以got a sore throat
就是嗓子疼的意思
举个例子

感冒发烧嗓子疼
所以Have a cough就是咳嗽的意思啦
