本模块以爱好为话题,围绕爱好展开听、说、读、写活动。爱好这一话题接近学生的生活,有利于真实性任务活动的开展,便于设计情景和问题。 本课是外研社《新标准》初二年级下册第六模块第二单元,其中心话题是“谈论爱好”,功能是通过对David爱好的学习,会谈论自己和同学的爱好。 第二单元是一篇阅读文章,文章围绕谈论爱好展开,包括爱好的好处,爱好开始的时间,对爱好的喜爱程度,爱好给David带来的好处。其中涉及到介绍自己爱好的句型My hobby is…, 描述爱好的句型It’s…, 以及介绍自己爱好可以借鉴的文章结构----总分,及短语为:as well as, come out, as a result, such as等。 学生在第一单元中已经接触爱好collections,并了解了其带给人们的意义,容易进入本课的深入学习。 |

八年级学生英语学习方面已存在很大的差距,虽然具有了一定的英语听说读写技能,但英语学习能力参差不齐,低起点学习较容易。学生们对于班内同学有了一定的了解,也渴望更加深入地了解自己的同学,但对于爱好的认识在课前的调查中显得不尽人意,有很多同学没有爱好,还有的同学爱好是睡觉等,因此学生的爱好培养、对爱好重要性的认识值得我们引领。 学生在Module 6 Unit 1的学习中,熟知了collection这种爱好,也了解了一点爱好的好处,并且在小学六年级学过一些有关描述爱好的句式,如:My hobby is ….I’m interested in … 等,这有利于本课爱好的学习。 大部分同学的阅读能力需要再提高,而且学生的写作能力很差,很多同学在写作时无话可说,不能好好利用课本文章帮助自己写作。 |
