Because relativistic velocity superposition principle can not explain that: In our lab, the speed of light in the medium has nothing to do with the movement of the earth. What is more the speed of light in the medium is c/n not c.

     2, reference system of light velocity

Reference system of light velocity is Medium. When it is in a thermal equilibrium state, the speed of light is constant, has nothing to do with the direction of media movement; when it is not in a thermal equilibrium state, the speed of light is variable, along the direction of motion of the medium, speed of light increases, along the opposite direction, speed of light decreases.
