a. Read and understand the new words and phrases in Unit5 What’s the matter with you?.

b. Understand and use some sentence patterns about asking others’ health conditions through talking with teachers with five pictures in Unit5 What’s the matter with you?.

a. Look through the question quickly and underline some key words before listening the material through doing the listening exercise in Unit 5 What’s the matter with you?.

Pay attention to health and take actions to keep a healthy life.

1.Warming up

(1)Free talk:

      a. What day is it today?  

      b. Are you happy?

 (2) Transition: What about these people in the park? Are they happy? Some don’t look happy. What’s the matter with them?

 

 

2.Pre-stage:

(1)Lexical chunksLead out and teach some new words with key sentence patterns wrote on the blackboard.

 T: “What’s the matter with....?”

 S:肚子痛/Stomachache......

 TWhy?

 SMaybe he/she......

 TWhat should he do?

 SHe should......

 (2) Vocabulary in Page 79: Go through all the new words in Unit5 and add the extensive knowledge.

 (3)Transition: In a corner of the park, there are three people. Are they happy? What’s the matter with them? Let’s learn Unit5 What’s the matter with you?

 

3.While-stage

(1)Listen to the tape, then answer the question.

     What are they talking about?

      a. Jiamin’s birthday.

      b. Jiamin has a stomachache.

      c. Jiamin has a headache.

      d. Ben has a stomachache.

(2)The learning of textbook(Teacher)

   A. Read and translate the text in Unit5 sentence by sentence.

   B. Analyze some key grammar points and ask students to take notes.

 

4.Post-stage

课后思考(评价与建议)

1.   紫咏这一堂课,整体的教学目标在实际的教学过程中都能实现,学生课上都能较为熟练地开始运用新单词新句型,并能关注到健康情况的问题,因此整堂课的教学效果都是不错的。

2.   同时,我还发现紫咏的课堂的优点:(一)紫咏的课堂话语大部分都是英语,这也是我的课堂上欠缺的一点,虽然她的任教班级是六年级而且整体水平也比较高,但是渗透语言环境也不是一天的功夫,因此即使我是在一到三年级的课堂,我也应该多用简单的话语加上动作来创造英语的学习环境;(二)紫咏能较详细地渗透单词的运用方法,即重视单词句型的运用,给予了学生很多时间来运用新单词和句子,让学生能更好地掌握方法。

3.   而关于改进的建议,我有这几个想法:(一)紫咏的时间控制,课堂节奏可以更加好,一堂课的节奏其实可以不那么平平的,应该松紧有度,有速度较快的环节,也有慢慢引导的环节,这样才可以让课堂的时间控制更好。在这一点上我的指导老师也给了我建议,自己在设置环节的时候写下几点到几点是什么内容,当上课时,发现超过时间,内容还没完成,或时间没到已经完成了较多内容,我们就可以迅速知道该如何调整上课的节奏;(二)注意每一部分的衔接,使得课堂过渡更加自然,这也是我需要不断改进的内容。
