　　这张命名为《古筝雷鬼》的新歌+精选专辑，由2首新歌加4首用Reggie风格重新演绎的经典老歌构成，之前发布的主打单曲《潮起潮落是什麽都不为》已经广为流传

　　2009年12月24日晚，中国摇滚新教父谢天笑“古筝雷鬼”演唱会暨新专辑发布会已在北京市东城区和平里西街79号糖果三层星光现场(雍和宫桥北50米)举行。

　　新专辑中继续沿用了古筝的元素，但在音乐风格上是以雷鬼乐为主。主打歌《潮起潮落是什麽都不为》就是典型的雷鬼风格。《潮起潮落是什麽都不为》中没有了谢天笑典型的呐喊，少了点狂躁的味道和犀利的言词。在他别具风格的音乐中我们已然感受到了这位中国摇滚新教父内心世界的转变。

　　从上一张专辑中的《无》到《潮起潮落是什麽都不为》，这是一个曾经桀骜不驯，冷血动物般的男人的沉淀过程。从他澹定的唱腔中我们听到的不再是极端的呐喊，无尽的悲哀与愤怒，而是一种理性、平和、坦然、豁达和“无欲无求”的清静。《潮起潮落是什麽都不为》中简单，朴实，无华的歌词就像是一种无形的力量，如暖风般拂散我们心灵的尘土，带来一种温暖的希望。

　　自隻身来到北京写下第一首歌，谢天笑从事音乐创作已十八年。在这个漫长的期间，他经历了生活的无奈，异乡的孤独心酸，得到的失败与成功，就如同他歌中所唱的 “潮起潮落”。在经历了多年的磨砺与积淀、人生百态世间冷暖后，这个三十多岁的男人逐渐褪去了浮躁的外壳，露出了那原本真切的面孔。真正的艺术家，其内心与作品是要能保持一致的。每个人的作品都经历过不同时期，不同年龄，不同际遇的变迁。这是一个反叛青年向成熟男人的转变，他的内心已不再只是呐喊，而变得更加平和、理性，更加懂得用“无为”的眼光体味世间的美好与沧桑。
