　　齐·宝力高，1944年2月2日出生于内蒙古科尔沁草原，蒙古族，是成吉思汗大儿子术赤的后代，原莫力庙第五世活佛。国家一级演奏家、世界马头琴大师。2015年1月获得“2014中华文化人物”荣誉称号。
　　齐·宝力高在从事马头琴艺术创作的50余年来，在蒙古民族传统马头琴艺术的传承与发展中起到了杰出的贡献。也吸取了西方小提琴的演奏技巧，成功的改制了传统马头琴的琴体以及其声源。
　　作为世界马头琴大师，在国内外举办了数百场音乐会。至今为止走进世界音乐之都——维也纳金色大厅举办专场马头琴音乐会的唯一中国演奏家。
　　多年以来一手培养了若干马头琴艺术人才，弟子们今已遍布世界各地，他们为蒙古民族瑰宝之马头琴艺术发展、为中华民族的音乐走向世界而做出了杰出的贡献。自1993年享受国家津贴，是一名杰出的演奏家和教育家、作曲家、社会活动家以及民族音乐研究专家。
