繼2003年首張Single後，李逸朗多年來首張個人專輯《李威樂》。《李威樂》是以自己的真姓名李威樂為名，李逸朗在新專輯參與了作曲和填詞，且有突破性的演唱。新專輯收錄了10首新歌和8首MV，包括了「透明人」、「苦戀」、「日光」、「榕樹」和「打氣」。這是李逸朗正式推出的處男大碟，以自己最真的一面與歌迷見面。全新大碟《李威樂》以工作、親情和愛情為主題，前期製作由收歌、選歌、填詞、寫曲以至唱片封套都加入很多李逸朗自己的意見。

大碟裡的歌曲主要由張繼聰和林一峰等為李逸朗編寫新歌，當中有描寫他內心世界的「透明人」。而李逸朗最喜歡「榕樹」這首歌，歌曲的意念是由他自己提出，與作曲作詞的人商討而創作的，因為裡面是寫了他在兩年前過世的祖母，李逸朗自小就由祖母照顧，感情特別深厚，今次能夠憑歌寄意。碟內還收錄了電視劇《一屋兩家三姓人》主題曲「打氣」和**片《魔法小神童加旋》主題曲「無限我」。
