谭咏麟的第一张国语专辑，1980年在台湾歌林公司灌录，并由歌林公司在台湾发行。

2005年2月8日，在环球唱片公司推出的“谭咏麟全集Vol.3”中，首度发行CD版本。

专辑收录了电影《乌龙行大运》的同名主题曲，电影《工读生》的主题曲和插曲

——《这一刻多轻松》、《弹起来！唱起来！》、《寻找》，其中《寻找》是

《想将来》的国语原版。专辑中另有五首歌曲是翻唱前两张粤语专辑里的歌曲，

并没有什么新意。最后一首《优美的旋律》，是翻唱许冠杰的《杯酒当歌》。
