2011年4月23日是一个特别的日子，庞龙“相逢一笑”2011全国巡回演唱会于北京展览馆剧场正式拉开帷幕，当晚，北京展览馆

剧场座无虚席。五个月后，演唱会实况大碟及平民歌王的个人纪录片同步发行。在完全可以做一场硕果大盘点的时刻，庞龙却开

始强调，自己只是刚刚具备了实现理想的基础，太多计划亟待实践。庞龙坦言，现在的他还会为了市场而摇摆不定，做出惯性妥

协，但他也相信，积攒足够的力量之后，在不久的将来，就可以“乱做”音乐了。六个月后，新专辑《摇》登陆乐坛，再次献礼

，而专辑名正是取自其主打歌《摇》。

这个“乱做”，是指不再受市场胁迫，是指真正的放开，无论何种音乐风格，只要是他曾经追求过却又只能攒在梦里的。近年来

，人们在庞龙的音乐中发现陈小霞、李健等人的来往身影，甚至还有格莱美音乐大师bermie grundman，伴随着他大转弯大沉淀

。不管庞龙怎么说自己是在“乱做”，都掩饰不住这一个个坚实的坐标，正指向出他未来音乐路线规划的清晰脉络：回归于真心。

《摇》的风格稍微偏杂，但呈现了前所未有的轻松感，主打歌甚至出自一个几乎无名的90年后生。近年来，庞龙为了寻觅好歌，

听过的DEMO数以千记，但相请不如偶遇，庞龙与《摇》就是邂逅于深圳的一家酒吧，只凭听了一耳朵，即当场决定买下它！作者

唐东庆是一个90后，却能将旋律和节奏做到老少通吃的程度，歌词简明易懂却能表达出最直接的心声，而庞龙对此类歌曲的把控
