本专辑引入MQA编码技术将庞大的24bit/88.2kHz超高解析音频通过MQA折叠编码方式编码为CD可容纳的文件大小，承载无损母带信息。
BSCD采用生产BD-R刻录盘的原料：Macromolecule-Polycarbonate。Macromolecule-Polycarbonate透过率很优秀，更接近玻璃CD的特质，BSCD的盘面更平整、不良折射大大减少，能比普通CD唱片实现更高的压片精度和更高的稳定性。由于精度更高，所以CD机在播放Blu-spec
CD的时候的时基误差会很低，需要纠错电路介入的信息大量减少，从而使声音精度大幅度提升。
BSCD是在上海新索音乐有限公司洁净度为万级的洁净房中生产。选用单独的原料干燥系统，装备高精密锁模力控制系统和模具温控系统
以及日本索尼音乐*有音轨检测设备。保证可以完美复制母盘坑纹 。
在播放BSCD无需特殊的播放设备就可感觉仿佛换了套更高级的器材
，特别是录音环境的回响声音更加传神，低音松紧有致、空间感非常强烈；可以让我们聆听者更加专心致志地融入现场般的音乐氛围。
