在音響迷的思念中。這麼長的日子，阿淘不見了嗎？不！這 10 年來雖然沒有出版新的 CD，但阿淘還是過著跟以前一樣的生活，住在峨眉鄉間，晨起看煙嵐，暮中起炊煙，沒有外力的牽絆，拒絕隨著物質漂流。得閒就與老農聊節氣、談收成。靈感來了撥弦幾下，把胸中感懷灑於沁涼的月色中。
阿淘還是跟以前一樣，一襲寬大布掛，踩著拖鞋，讓露珠沾濕腳踝，曉風中，衣衫微微飄動，潺潺鳳山溪是阿淘的母河，也是日夜為他孕育原鄉創作靈感的來源。這 10 年來，雖然阿淘沒有新的 CD 作品問世，但據他說，已經累積了不少作品，會慢慢在適當時機釋出，其中有幾首就放在這張「細人」專輯上。
這張10年來首發的專輯名稱是「細人」，細人是客家話小孩子的意思。專輯內容有八首是取自阿淘第一張早已絕版的專輯「頭擺個故事」，另外有四首則是新創作，總共 12 首。不過，音響論壇特別紀念版在最後多加了一首音效與旁白「新芽」做為承先啟後的結束。另外也把普通版「細人」的第一首音效重新製作，並配上旁白，名為「母河」，做為阿淘暌違 10 年的破題，因此總共是 13 首。這「母河」與「新芽」把其餘 11 首曲子串起來，成了一串完整的珠玉項鍊，供人低迴吟哦。
到底特別紀念版要表現出什麼音效才對？很簡單，無論是阿淘的嗓音或伴奏，聽起來音質好，夠清晰，細節多，但是又不會細瘦聒耳就對了。
